At FC, we see rest and recreation as integral factors in healing, not luxuries to be enjoyed only by communities who can afford it. FC wants to protect your ability to rest and play.

To accommodate your schedule and evolving needs, our flexible sessions can be 30, 60, or 90 minutes long.
